2. Q: do you offer samples?
A: Yes, we do offer free samples if it is our standard sample, customer burden the express shipping cost. If customers required customized samples, we can offer samples based on our cost.

3.Q: Do you provide OEM service?
A: Yes,we provide OEM. Logo and design need to be provided so as to make customized brandname.

4.Q: Can I get installation accessories from you?
A: Yes, we provide installation accessories, you could get turn-key project from us.

5. Q: How can you ensure the product quality before packing?
A: We have strictly QC procedure and quality control standard, each product will be tested by three times before packing to ensure qualify.

6. Q: What’s the delivery time ?
A: Usually 15-20 working days after receiving deposit. It depends on the product and quantity.

7. Q: What is the payment terms ?
A: 50% paid as advanced by T/T, and 50% balance paid by T/T before shipment.
