Our client chose to use aluminum solid panel for most of their company curtain wall and also designed some large perforated designs, mostly flat panels with a hexagonal effect. At the facade, a curved panel design was chosen to make the whole building and facade extra prominent.

For the exterior wall, the customer chose 2.5mm thickness aluminum panel and used fluorocarbon spraying process. According to the installation environment of the site, we gave the customer aluminum facade installation accessories and installation instructions. Because the customer chose the perforated style, the ordinary aluminum panel installation will expose the skeleton of the installation. Therefore, we made special treatment to the design of the installation, and designed the whole installation skeleton, avoiding the perforated position to install the keel and other accessories.

For the upper part of the doorway, the client chose curved aluminum veneer as facade panel. This will make the whole building facade extra prominent. The welding process is one of the keys in the processing. Professional designers are needed to split the drawings to determine the opening, bending, assembling and welding method of each panel, and the lack of welding technology may lead to problems with the curvature, angle or modeling. After welding, it is also necessary to grind the welded splices of each layer before subsequent welding. Aluminum curved panel has a wide range of application scenarios and is commonly used in internal and external curtain walls, ceiling suspended ceilings, wrapped columns and other parts of the building, which can add a unique decorative effect to the building.
