Construction material preparation

Clip-in/Lay-in aluminum ceiling : choose the suitable specification, color and surface treatment keel and accessories according to the design requirements: including main keel( sub keel), boom, connectors and so on.

Installation tools for aluminum ceiling panels,such as electric drill, screwdriver, level, tape measure, etc.

Confirmation of construction conditions

The ceiling base of the installation area should be flat, firm, without cracks and loose phenomenon.

Hidden works such as water and electricity have been completed and accepted.

The construction site should have good ventilation and lighting conditions.

2. Comfirm line positioning

Use the level meter to pop up the horizontal line on the ceiling to determine the installation height of the ceiling.

According to the design drawings, pop up the installation position line of the keel on the ceiling, including the position of the main keel and vice keel.

3.  Install the boom

Punch holes in the ceiling and install expansion bolts.

Connect one end of the boom with the expansion bolts and the other end with the keel hangers, and adjust the length of the boom to keep it vertical.
