4. Install the main keel

Install the main keel on the hanging of the boom and connect the adjacent main keel with connectors.

Adjust the level and spacing of the main keel so that it meets the design requirements.

5. Installation of secondary keel(Lay-in Aluminum Ceiling Needs)

Install the secondary keel and the main keel vertically and crosswise, and use the special connectors for fixing.

The spacing of the secondary keel should be determined according to the specifications of the aluminum ceiling block, usually 300mm – 600mm.

6. Installation of Aluminum Ceiling Panels

Insert the aluminum ceiling panels into the slot of the secondary keel one by one, and pay attention to the splicing between the plates to be tight and flat.

For the boards that need to be cut, use professional tools to cut to ensure that the size is accurate.

7. Adjustment and fixing

After installing all the aluminum ceiling blocks, check the flatness and levelness of the suspended ceiling and adjust if there is any deviation.

Use screws or other fixings to further fix the aluminum ceiling blocks with the keel to ensure the stability of the ceiling.

8 . Cleaning and acceptance

Clean the dust and debris on the surface of the ceiling.

Conduct acceptance inspection on the dark frame aluminum ceiling after installation, check whether the surface is smooth, whether the splicing is tight, whether the color is consistent, and so on.

Tips: to install a concealed aluminum ceiling in a 10 sqm office, first determine the ceiling height of 2.8 m based on the office layout and lighting requirements. Then, the main keel is installed and leveled by drilling holes for expansion bolts and suspension rods at about 1 meter intervals along the perimeter of the ceiling. Next, the secondary keel was installed at 600mm intervals. Insert the 300×600mm aluminum ceiling blocks into the slot of the secondary keel one by one and adjust and fix them to complete the installation.

It should be noted that the installation process should be in strict accordance with the construction specifications to ensure the quality and safety of the installation.
