Aluminum ceiling panel, is widely used in home and commercial decoration due to its beautiful, durable, fireproof and other characteristics. Its production process mainly includes raw material preparation, cutting, molding, surface treatment and so on.

Raw material preparation

1. Aluminum Selection: Select high quality and corresponding thickness and size of pure aluminum sheet as raw material.

Cutting

1. According to the design drawings, use CNC cutter or shearing machine to cut the aluminum into appropriate size of plate.
2. During the cutting process, attention should be paid to maintain the dimensional accuracy of the sheet to avoid wasting materials.
3. Customized punches are cut according to the punching style selected by the customer.

Forming

1. The edges of aluminum panels are bent by bending machine to form the required shape and size.
2. For special shape requirements, presses or molds are used for forming.

Surface treatment

1. Cleaning: Use cleaning agent to clean the oil, dust, etc. on the surface of aluminum ceiling.
2. Spraying: According to the design requirements, use the spray gun to spray the paint evenly on the surface of aluminum ceiling.
3. Drying: Send the sprayed aluminum ceiling into the drying room for drying treatment.
4. Quality inspection: carry out quality inspection on the dried aluminum ceiling to ensure the surface coating is even and flawless.
5. Packing: Pack the aluminum ceiling that passes the quality inspection for shipment.
